O bife do vazio, também conhecido como Pacu Bovino, é uma carne muito saborosa e macia, além de ser uma das melhores carnes vermelhas para fazer churrasco. Essa carne fica abaixo das costelas do boi e muita gente a confunde como um pedaço da fraldinha (que fica após a última costela).
